Last night, Lalit Dhingra, formerly of NIIT Technologies and current CEO of EnSignis Digital, was gracious enough to share with us leadership lessons from a 40-year career in tech, as outlined in his book “Driven: A Journey to Leadership.”
Incisive insights included how to counter personal bias, handling conflict within teams, the importance of empathy, differences in leading established corporations versus startups, empowering employees versus “spoon-feeding” them, and many more lessons from his leadership journey from to America.
