Quit making excuses, and start using a password manager!

Starting today, LastPass will no longer charge extra to access your password vault from different types of devices. That means free users can now access their password vaults from their phone and their desktop at no extra cost.

Don't be scared by the word "hacking." The attack is just a DDoS, a distributed denial-of-service attack. Basically this is where a hacker overwhelms a server with millions of attempts to access it. Kind of like what was happening already. So, there's a good chance this wasn't even a hack.

If you had trouble logging into Pokémon Go on Saturday, you might’ve blamed it on server issues that have been common since the game’s launch. However, a hacking collective is claiming responsibility for this particular slowdown, saying that it brought the servers down with a DDoS attack.
