Joscynthia is the Founder of SetWorkMasters, a groundbreaking education and workforce development platform that equips hairstylists, barbers, makeup artists, and wardrobe professionals to transition from salon work into film and television production. Her hands-on and digital training programs have empowered hundreds across the U.S. and abroad, teaching production literacy, etiquette, continuity, and the professionalism required for onset success.
Her artistry has shaped major productions with BET, TV One, Lifetime, Bravo, Warner Bros.
Discovery, and Swirl Films, and she has styled an impressive roster of talent including Angie Stone, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Megan Tandy, Judge Mablean, and Wes Brown. In 2024, she received the Women’s Day Recognition Award at the Georgia State Capitol, honoring her leadership and impact. In October 2025, she was inducted into the Bronner Brothers Hall of Fame for Excellence in Hairstyling and Education,adding to the growing list of accolades celebrating her innovationand mentorship. Through SetSurvival, she is developing financial aid, wellness support, and creative-career pathways for breast-cancer survivors. In 2026, she will launch The Pivot Maneuver, a transformative system teaching people how to turn life’s storms into purpose-driven strength.
