✨ Tonight I have the honor of sharing my spoken word poetry as the Official Poet Laureate of The Gathering in celebration of Women’s History Month.

The Gathering has truly been a second family to me—uplifting, educating, and inspiring our community through powerful dialogue, history, and connection. Every time I step into that space, I’m reminded how important it is for us to come together, learn from one another, and keep the spirit of the historic West Side alive.

Tonight’s event is especially meaningful as we celebrate 5 years of The Gathering at West Side Oasis, hosted by Rodney Smith.
