Am I screwed?

I think I already know the answer, but is there a solution other than cutting a hole in the cabinet and lowering the drain. Installed a new cabinet and countertop and went with under mount sink. Lowering the disposal about 1 1/2” now I am stuck

Does this look ok? Are these 90 degree bends ok? Should be concerned about the loss of water pressure ?

Can’t get gas valve to budge. Can’t seem to get the valve to move at all I’ve used blaster trying to help lubricate and even went and bought a gas/water key because I wasn’t having luck with a crescent wrench any other suggestions?
