Reid, tapped the then 21-year-old KP to A&R the La Face roster. KP transformed local friendships with high school peers into deals that would change their lives forever and change how the world viewed musical talent hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. With L.A., KP guided the burgeoning careers of local friends turned diamond-selling hip hop duo Outkast, multi-platinum selling artists Usher and Pink, and gold selling artists Goodie Mob and Youngbloodz.
