Combining two hobbies. I hit the gym at least 4 days a week for 1.5-2 hours. I typically bring a project since I do about an hour or so of cardio on the treadmill to warm up. I always get more out of my cardio working on a WIP because I don’t realize how much time has gone by until my alarm vibrates to let me know I’m done. When I don’t bring a WIP I feel like I stare at the clock since I really just want to start weight lifting.
