WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS 🦞🧄

This Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops dish is a luxurious seafood delight! Tender lobster tails and juicy scallops are cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce for an elegant meal.

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the lobster tails, flesh side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add scallops to the same skillet, cooking for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Melt the remaining butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Return the lobster and scallops to the skillet, tossing them gently in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges.

Helpful Tips:
Pat the scallops dry before cooking for a perfect sear.
Add a splash of white wine to the garlic butter for extra depth of flavor.

Breakfast Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 uncooked fresh or frozen deep dish pie crust or make your own
3 eggs
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 TBS flour
1 TBS melted butter
Salt & pepper
½ cup diced broccoli optional
1 cup chopped ham
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grab your thawed store-bought pie crust and place it in a tin or pie plate or press your homemade pie crust into a pie dish then place it on a baking sheet. Set aside.
Whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, butter, salt, and pepper until combined. Stir in the broccoli if using, ham and cheese. Pour mixture into your pie crust, being careful not to overfill, and bake it on a baking sheet (in case of overflow) for 45-50 minutes or until the pie is puffed up and golden brown on top. Once removed from the oven, allow the pie to cool/set for at least 10 minutes.

Bacon Cheeseburger Cake 🎉

Celebrate in style with this towering Bacon Cheeseburger Cake! Perfectly seasoned patties, layers of melty cheese, and crispy bacon—this is a burger like no other.

Ingredients:

1 large brioche burger bun 🍞
3 Angus beef patties (about 7 oz each) 🥩
9 slices of Gouda cheese 🧀
10 slices of maple-glazed bacon 🥓
1/4 cup honey mustard 🍯
Steps:

Grill the patties to your desired doneness and glaze the bacon with maple syrup while cooking.
Layer the bottom of the brioche bun with a bit of honey mustard. Add a patty, a slice of Gouda cheese, and a couple of pieces of bacon. Repeat until all layers are stacked.
Once all layers are assembled, bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese and combine the flavors.

This Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is loaded with seasoned beef, gooey nacho cheese, and your favorite toppings, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. It's the perfect quick and hearty meal!

Ingredients
For the Beef Filling:

1 lb ground beef 🥩
1 packet taco seasoning 🌮
1/4 cup water
For the Wrap:

4 large flour tortillas 🌯
1 cup nacho cheese sauce 🧀
1/2 cup shredded lettuce 🥬
1/2 cup diced tomatoes 🍅
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional) 🌶️
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Extras:

Tortilla chips for crunch (optional)
Salsa or guacamole for dipping 🥑
Instructions
Cook the Beef:
