I think this is what I love most about September. 🥹🍂

It feels like anticipation.

Football weekends are here.

Cooler evenings are coming.

The stores are changing over.

Comfort food starts sounding good again.

Then before we know it… Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here. 🎃🦃🎄

And maybe that’s the reminder somebody needs today:

There is still a LOT of life left in this year.

Good meals you haven’t eaten yet.

Laughs you haven’t had yet.

People you haven’t seen yet.

Traditions you haven’t made yet.

Ordinary days that might end up becoming some of your favorite memories.

Don’t mentally rush through the rest of 2026.

There’s still so much to look forward to. 💗

👇🏽 What are you looking forward to MOST before the end of the year?

🍂 Fall
🎃 Halloween
🦃 Thanksgiving
🎄 Christmas
🏈 Football
✈️ A trip/something personal

📲 Send this to somebody who’s ready for the best part of the year.

September brings anticipation for fall, football weekends, cooler weather, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and all the memories still waiting to be made before the year ends.

Before you ask God for anything else this morning… remember what He already brought you through. 🙏🏽💗

There were things you once prayed desperately about that don’t even have the same hold on you anymore.

Days you didn’t know how you were going to make it through.

Doors closing that you thought needed to stay open.

People leaving that you thought you couldn’t live without.

Moments you cried privately and still got up the next morning and handled what needed to be handled.

And somehow…

you’re still here.

Still praying.
Still believing.
Still growing.
Still becoming.

Sometimes we’re so focused on the next blessing that we forget surviving what should’ve taken us out was a blessing too.

So before today’s list of requests, mine starts here:

God, THANK YOU. 🙏🏽

Thank You for what You gave me.
Thank You for what You blocked.
Thank You for what You removed.

And thank You for giving me strength on the days I didn’t think I had any left.

👇🏽 Before you ask God for anything today, tell Him ONE thing you’re thankful for.

📲 Send this prayer to a woman you thank God for.

A Thursday morning prayer for women thanking God for His protection, strength, grace and everything He has already carried them through.

Some friendships feel like another responsibility. The safe ones feel like somewhere you can rest. 💗

You shouldn’t have to perform, explain yourself, or force a conversation just to prove you still care.

Sometimes, “I don’t have the energy today” really does mean exactly that.

And a good friend knows how to give you space without making you pay for it later.

Grown-woman friendship is understanding that quiet doesn’t mean distance, boundaries don’t mean rejection, and needing a day to yourself doesn’t mean the friendship is in trouble.

The older I get, the more I value friendships where love doesn’t require constant access.

💬 Do you have a friend you can be completely honest with like this? Tag her or send this to her. 💗

Healthy adult friendships make room for boundaries, quiet days, emotional safety, and connection without guilt.

You might be waiting for some BIG accomplishment before you give yourself credit… but look at the things nobody claps for. 💗

Getting up on the day you really wanted to stay in bed.

Not sending the text you would’ve sent six months ago. 😂

Saying “No, that doesn’t work for me” without writing a three-paragraph explanation afterward.

Walking away from something you once would’ve argued about.

Praying about it before panicking about it.

Making a better money decision even though nobody will ever know you made it.

Trying again after something didn’t work the first time.

Choosing differently because YOU’RE different now.

Sometimes growth doesn’t come with an announcement.

There’s no certificate.
No congratulations.
No big moment where everybody suddenly notices.

Sometimes you just look back and realize…

“Wait. The old me would’ve handled that completely differently.” 🥹💗

THAT counts.

Don’t get so focused on how far you still want to go that you forget to notice the woman you’ve already become.

👇🏽 Tell me ONE thing you handle differently now than you did a year ago.

💾 SAVE this for the days you feel like you’re not making enough progress.

📲 SEND this to a woman who’s growing quietly and may not realize how far she’s come.

Encouragement for women learning to recognize quiet progress, personal growth, stronger boundaries, better decisions and the small wins that often go unnoticed.

5 Things to Stop Carrying Into the Rest of This Week” carousel, I’d make the caption more personal and sendable than the one in the original pack:

It’s only Wednesday… but somehow we’re still carrying things that happened on MONDAY. 😭💗

The mistake you already learned from.

Somebody else’s attitude that had absolutely nothing to do with you.

The pressure to “catch up” on a list that somehow gets longer every time you look at it.

That conversation you’ve replayed so many times you could recite both people’s lines. 😩

And maybe this morning didn’t go the way you wanted, so now your brain has decided the whole week is ruined.

Girl. PUT SOME OF IT DOWN.

You don’t need to drag Monday into Wednesday and then carry all of it into Friday.

You can have a rough morning and still have a beautiful afternoon.

You can make a mistake and still be proud of yourself.

You can leave something unfinished and still go to bed.

You can care about someone without carrying their mood.

And you can decide right now that the rest of this week gets to feel different. 💗

👇🏽 Which one are you putting down today — 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5?

💾 SAVE this for the next day your brain tries to carry everything at once.

📲 And send it to the woman who needs permission to put something down today.

A midweek reset for women dealing with overthinking, mental overload, unfinished tasks and the pressure to hold everything together.

Wednesday check-in: before you start rushing, worrying or mentally carrying Thursday and Friday too… give God today. 🙏🏽

Lord, help me handle what’s actually in front of me instead of exhausting myself over everything that hasn’t happened yet. Give me wisdom where I need answers, patience where I need to wait, and peace where I need to let go.

If this is your prayer this morning, leave an AMEN 💗 and send this to a woman you want covered today.

A Wednesday morning prayer for women trusting God for peace, guidance, strength and grace in the middle of a busy week.

You don’t have to know how you’re going to handle everything this week tonight. 💗

God is already present in the places you haven’t reached yet.

Rest tonight.

Tomorrow will get tomorrow’s grace.

🙏🏽 If you’re giving this week to God, leave an AMEN.
