Deciding what to post can get overwhelming in the moment, but it helps to get your ideas organized on paper ahead of time.

Try these content calendar organizational tips:

• Create weekly themes to more easily come up with topics.

• Plan big launches around holidays/events (more than just holidays, this could be birthdays, national observances, etc).

• Pick a realistic posting frequency. Don't commit to more than you can handle!

• Brainstorm buckets of content that you can pull in a pinch. This is also great if an original content idea doesn't work out.

• Include production days on your calendar to make sure you are allotting enough time to film/write your content & post it on time.

Are you a content hoarder like me...holding on to good pictures, captions and videos until the “perfect time” to post them?

I did this photo shoot myself about two weeks ago and have been holding on to the pictures trying to decide what to do with them. When today, it hit me — JUST POST THEM. HA!

There’s no better time to promote your business than now, friend. Stop thinking so hard about when to post and try thinking of a reason to post instead. Use that good content so that you can make room to create more — which you are more than capable of doing!
