Today I was driving through a thrift store parking lot and saw this excellent piece of work. As you can see, this is a free public-use cell phone charger, courtesy of the power originally run to this parking lot light. The really nice touch here is the power strip which keeps everything 100% safe. Unfortunately rain has rolled into town tonight and I'm not sure what all of this is looking like at the current moment.

I am a new homeowner with little plumbing experience and I need to replace this sanitary tee.

The ni**le for the tap rusted out and broke off inside the tee. I have reason to believe it was from moisture OUTSIDE of the pipe coming from underneath the foundation and the wrong type of ni**le was used. This is inside a non-permitted addition to the home so that's what I'm dealing with.

I also want to stack in a tee pointing left so I can put my washing machine in the same room after I check out the rest of the drain with a camera.

How should I go about removing this tee? Support it from above and cut with a sawzall? I tried removing the lock ring below with a big pipe wrench and it wouldn't budge. And once it's out, do I replace with ABS or cast iron?

I've snaked the entire length of a clogged cast iron drain with a 75' general mini rooter and git no ehere

I don't get it. I've snaked the entire length multiple times. I'm not hitting anything and the clog will not go down. I don't even know what I'm asking. It's a very old house and a 3.5" drain. Could I really not be making it to the end? Could there be more turns in there somehow? I'm at my wits end.

I live in a trailer so Im having difficulty finding an electrician

So I live in a trailer home, bought fairly cheap so of course its gonna have issues but this one is new. Its in the negatives outside so on friday I had a space heater plugged in, we were doing laundry, amd had the oven cooking dinner while we watched a movie, which we've done every winter for years, All separate circuits. Suddenly the TV shut off and kept trying to power on so I unplugged it so it didnt short out. But now my dryer won't heat but still runs, same for the oven, and the furnace, the fridge has power but wont run the chill cycle. I unplugged the space heater and all the lights brightened but nothing will heat or cycle still. I have an old fuse box using about 6 busman 20 fuses, 2 of the larger green tube style fuses for the master in the middle, and a couple breakers for overall power, the meter outside also has thr tube style fuses. Where should I be checking for issues? I have a multimeter ready to check where I need to. Its making my house so cold that my dogs water dish is slushy and my pipe heaters cant keep up. I'm genuinely trying, ive called most electricians in town and none work on trailers. Happy to answer any questions if unclear, TIA

Edit: i replaced the main two 50A fuses in the middle and everything seems to be back to working order! Thanks everyone.

Update: Took apart stove pipe to head to town and get a damper. The ceramic fiberboard is intact but the insulation pad is completely gone most likely accounting for my issue. Thanks for all the suggestions.
Looking for some advice I see lots of people say they heat thier house with a stove like this. Average load only burns 1.5 hours at most. Stove is in basement 800 sq ft. And main floor is 1200. Aside from year 1 I don't recall it heating well. Even the small room it's in never gets super hot. Any suggestions of what could be the issue. I have cleaned the chimney and even when I do there is almost nothing to clean. The original masonry chimney is ss lined and wrapped in insulation. I know it's not running now and that is not the issue. We have ran it for days and at best it just keeps the main furnace from running as often. I've wondered if the elbow would cause an issue
EDIT: I have used a fan behind stove and also top of staircase. I know airflow is an issue my staircase is far north of house shares garage wall and upstairs living is 2/3 of the way south.
