Today we celebrate the little humans who teach us patience, perspective, and unconditional love. ❤️
May we raise children who feel safe, seen, heard, and deeply connected.

Being a parent has stretched me, humbled me, healed parts of me, and challenged me in ways I never imagined.
Some days are beautiful. Some days are messy. Most days are both.

Happy Global Parenting Day to the parents showing up, learning as they go, breaking cycles, and loving their children the best they know how. ❤️🌿

Black sheep? Maybe…but every family needs someone willing to break the cycle.

The people who benefit from unhealthy patterns rarely cheer for the person changing them.

We went on a homeschool field trip to a local zoo, and this sloth was definitely one of my favorite things to see!! 🦥

I don’t remember most of the worksheets I completed as a kid.

I do remember the experiences.

The field trips. The animals. The moments that made me stop and stare in awe.

Today my kids got to sit beneath a sloth and watch it move through its enclosure while learning about a part of the world we’ll probably never visit.

That’s the kind of learning I want to fill their childhood with.

Not because facts aren’t important, but because curiosity is.
(The facts can be looked up later, but Wonder is something you have to experience)
