Foundation | Turncoat EP
Black / special DIY edition
A perfect final nail in a crushing catalog. Foundation was destined for greatness early on and everyone knew it. The first time I saw them was in a sweaty warehouse in Miami and Champ gave me their demo CD. He was one of the 8 people that came to see at the on our first tour ever and it was our first time in ATL. We hung out after the show and watched 2 girls spit ice cubes into each other's mouths. It was weird. We stayed in contact and played together randomly when he was in Instilled. Fast forward to Foundation's final release, arguably their best record, this is a crusher to end their reign on. Released on legendary Atlanta hardcore label, Jawk Records (shout out to Jeff Jawk) and DIYed layout by , it's good to see this get a cool new take on this insane EP.
There are still a few at Disorder for ATL residents, go get you one.
RIP Foundation
Every rope has its end....
