Oh my mamas. We are strong and invincible!! We went from having everything to ourselves to sharing our minds, bodies and souls with our babies. It’s not a choice it’s adjusting to what will be for the rest of our days here breathing this air! I had such a rough start. I begged for my life for years after having my angels but I never regretted one minute of it! They are literally a huge part of my heart. The way they laugh, the way they cry, the way they are bottomless pits for snacks. I love every cell of them!! F👀ck it was a damn journey to get to where I am today but those hugs are like no other feeling in the world. I never knew what your heart glowing truly meant until I had my two little bright lights in my arms. Hardest job in the world but also the best. Congrats mamas!! If you’re reading this you made it!! Keep your mind in the present moment and don’t forget to overflow that cup of yours daily!! You deserve it all you miracle makers!!!! 💕💕💕💕

Real moments. It’s been a very long week for me. A hard week. I learned a lot about myself. Sometimes we make choices that lead us into a spiral. Seems pretty quick on the way down. Coming back up takes work. But I still persist. I will not let my mental health diagnoses take me out. I’m still standing.

Just did a great inner child healing meditation and this little boober popped right up. I needed this so badly. I got into a grind and through that grind she started to call me back. After this meditation I understand why. Healing is forever. You may understand more as life goes on but when you stray what needs you will always find you. I will share a lot more about my inner child work and how important it is in Season 4 of Rise and Shine with the Mama Jac 💕✨🌊🪽

I was feeling so horrible yesterday am. My change in meds was killing me. The mood swings, crying, deep depression. Hit me in the face like a brick. After I took my new med it started to subside. Day by day it seems to improve bit by bit. But yesterday I got the pictures by and Women’s Retreat by . I remembered who I was. I overcome, I conquer, I heal, I work my ass off, I help, I do what I need to do to get things done. I don’t cower. I don’t give into these horrible thoughts. They don’t win! I have support! People do care! I have community. And I am damn powerful. Thanks for the reminder Shay! Sometimes you just need that reminder of who the ef you are!! 💕🪽🌊✨
