We lost a great human yesterday. I have loved wooden robot ever since my girl brought me there to show it off. Every person there loves what they do, especially Dan. It doesn’t seem real that he is gone and my heart is with his family and everyone he worked with.

The beer world will not be the same. 💔

Today’s feature is .kiley COO of and President of the !

BIO: Rachel Kiley was the first employee hired at Monday Night in 2012 when the company operated out of co-founder Jonathan Baker's home. An integral part of the brewery's history and evolution, Kiley has gotten her hands dirty in every department—from sales to production, operations, hospitality, and marketing—her trademark wit and unparalleled attention to detail have grounded the brewery as it's grown from 2 to 137 employees; 1 taproom, to 5 locations, spanning four states. In addition to COO, Kiley is the President of the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild and a Mom of two.

FUN FACT: I completed my last two years of high school in boarding school in southern Africa and have traveled to 6 different African countries.

FAVORITE BEER THESE DAYS: A clean and pine forward West Coast IPA of any kind OR Taco Tuesday Mexican Lager. Pending on the vibes.

Today’s feature for is my girl ❤️ We’ve been buds for years and if you’re not already besties with her, I am so excited for you all to meet her!

About Annaleigh:

I graduated with a chemistry degree back in 2017. My last semester of college, I studied abroad in Berlin where we took a field trip to the Berliner-Kindl-Schultheiss Brauerei where my goal to become a brewer was born. My first job out of college I started as a hostess at a brew pub where I was told I wouldn’t learn how to brew, especially being a girl. I have now been brewing going on 3.5 years! And have been helping start up a new brewpub, Hall & Hound, in Cu***ng, GA. I currently serve as a co-leader for the Pink Boots Atlanta Chapter. And in May of 2022 I won the top Pink Boots Scholarship to go to Chicago for 2 weeks and take the Concise Course on Brewing Technologies at the Siebel Institute of Technology.

Fun Facts:
I’m big in the gym and have a personal record of 15 pull-ups!

Favorite Beer right now: I’ve been on a Helles Lager kick!

My name is Shani and I’m a Cicerone Certified Beer Server and an . I’m all about community and I love bringing people together. I found my passion when I realized I can bring folx together over a beer. Through this community, I realized Black people aren’t marketed to and really have no idea the complexity of beer. While I geek out over the many styles of beer, majority of our community thinks big beer is all that’s out there. I want to change that narrative and the only way to do that is to educate and experience it.

She is co-founder of Craft Women Connect, an organization created to educate, empower, and promote unity among beer professionals and women within the craft beer community and Crafted for Action whose mission is to build community through experiences that are safe, inclusive and welcoming to all.
