The P. Diddy trial and documentary should remind us all of one thing: never let wealth, fame, fortune, or ego pull you into darkness. What goes up will always come down. God has a mysterious way of humbling the most arrogant, exposing the boastful, and bringing even the most powerful to their knees. Stay grounded. Stay righteous. Stay accountable.

Mental illness in Black men is a crisis we don’t talk about enough. Too many of our men are carrying silent battles, emotional wounds, and unspoken trauma because they were taught to “be strong” instead of being supported.

We have to break that cycle.
Checking on our Black men must become a priority, not an afterthought. Their mental health matters. Their emotional well-being matters. Their lives matter.

Let’s create space for them to open up, be vulnerable, and be heard. Healing starts with support, and support starts with us.

"Our culture is losing the war on debt, and a major reason is the pressure to look successful instead of actually becoming financially stable. Too many people shame others for living below their means, when in reality that is the smartest way to build wealth.

Running a business from a brick-and-mortar location versus operating it from home creates a huge difference in expenses.
