New @angelsandairwaves video releasing this Friday!
So stoked about this one and what were able to accomplish in such a short time. What started as some loose notes I jotted down at the Hash House on the Vegas strip while having a conference call with @tomdelonge , @jmorodp, and @jamesthrogmorton turned into a fun and funny video that I think matched Tom’s personality and spirit.
Super proud of and a big thanks to my network of friends who helped connect me to dancers, locations, and actors with just a quick call.
Check back Friday for the full release, it’s gonna be a good one!

First rule of Uncle Adam’s Resort and Day Club, is nothing is consumed unless it’s a @modelousa from the kegerator or if its been cooked on the @traegergrills.
Stoked on @adamwaheed’s new place, and even more pumped on a weekend of catching up with the boys. We polar plunged, rode around on seeming all the the new rides from 2021, and alienated his new neighbors with ratchet tunes late into the evening. In between the fun I took some pics. If you want to check out Adam’s review of the 2021 Honda Gold Wing head on over to @motorcyclistonline for a great write up.
As always, stay brave and if you want me to get you on the #viplist at Uncle Adam’s Resort and Day Club, hit me up!!! @ Uncle Adam's
Video 2 of a 3 part series about my last minute trip to my buddies wedding. Some solid gator wrestling went down, and some even better laughs. Thanks for the hangs @Dangerdanimal, look forward to next time.

This time last year I was wearing a mask for similar reasoning, but under entirely different circumstances. Now, if you told me masks were going to be a mandatory part of my wardrobe I wouldn’t have believed you, but to consider how random life comes at us I would be a fool to think it a total impossibility.
So considering what I’ve learned and acknowledging what’s occurred between then and now, I will continue to practice mindfulness and acceptance so that I’m prepared and ready for whatever life has in store. It’s my intention to meet it all, good or bad, with a smile and open mind for whatever that change may be.
I hope you have a great Labor Day with family and friends. That you spend time recharging your body and filling your mind and hearts full of laughter and love. And in the spirit of abd respect for those who fought for this holiday and what it stands for, l’ll leave you with a thought to consider.
“Power goes to two poles -- to those who've got the money and those who've got the people.”
Interpret that as you will, but unless you got a few million laying around, I’d reassess who’s battles your fighting.

Starting Monday, that's right, #LABORDAY we will kickoff another installment of the Bad Beard challenge. Everyday we will complete this list of exercises.
100 Air Squats
And for the go getters, a 1k run! (which converts to just over half a mile)
Complete at your own pace and please modify any movement if needed. Break it up, 24 hours is a lot of time.
If you are unfamiliar with any of these movements, fitness model @nathonverdugo will demonstrate each exercise in the above video.
I'll be creating a private group that you can ask to be added to. I will address that group daily.
Tag and share this with your friends if you would like them to jump on board.
A Bad Beard Challenge T-Shirt will be awarded to those who complete all 30 days.
Have a great end to your week, and we will see you Monday!!!!
Who am I?•
I am Sam, would be the obvious answer, but who is Sam?!•
Sam is kind, Sam is silly, Sam loves motorcycles almost as much as he loves his dog. Sam is an entertainer in all its depictions. Sam likes to serve and support. Sam loves exploring this world from its back woods, to its broadways. •
Sam is also insecure. Sam also doubts his choices and second guesses his decisions. Where to live, what to eat, whether to set an alarm or not. And more often then Sam cares to admit, Sam is rude. Sam judges and criticizes, both himself as well as others instead loving and nurturing the growth that is needed.•
“We get it, your name is Sam, but what the heck are you talking about?!”
All this to say, I awoke from a dream last night that showed me myself. ALL OF ME. It wasn’t ugly or painful, but it did remind me that I am more than the sum of my parts. More specifically that I disservice myself when I act like something I’m not. I know it sounds comical, but there are times I’m playing small, not being myself and trying to dim the parts of me, that make me, ME! Whether it’s by trying to please someone by being less than who I am, or even by allowing my ego to put me in situations I’m not prepared for.•
These are all instances where not being true to myself will set me up for an assured lesson I’m not comfortable learning, albeit necessary.
I write this as an invitation to my self. To stand up and stand strong. Accepting all of me while encouraging myself to accept others. The world is ready to meet me with everything I bring it, so the sooner I step out from my shadow is the sooner I can play in the light.•
I hope to play with you there too.
Love you guys, I know I’ll see you out there. ❤️
It’s that time of year!!!•
Your boy is getting one year older, debatingly one year wiser, but more specifically It’s the 80th year of the Sturgis Rally. •
“So Sam, you’re gonna attend a rally during the height of Covid!?”•
Am I going to attend an outdoor event, adhering to social distance protocols, while wearing a mask that makes me look like a dope desperado, HELL YA!!! Not to mention if it means I’ll be leaving FLA/GA, a veritable incubator for all things covid, you bet I’m bouncing. If our commander in chief feels comfortable sending kids back to school, who we can agree are pro at following directions 😆, I should be alright behind my helmet visor in an open field.(small jab at teenagers and Trump)•
All that to say, I’m freaking excited!!! While the world may be upside down, that doesn’t mean I can’t keep moving forward. Vaccines, immunities, WW3, I look forward to growing and evolving through the changes this world presents daily. I’ll continue loving others and more importantly myself as I explore and meet every opportunity head on.•
If you expect hardship and adversity at every turn, that’s all you’re gonna find. But know this, in order to see the change and joy you so desperately want, you must first BE that change. Open yourself up to what is truly meant for you, you won’t be disappointed. •
I Look forward to sharing my experience with you all as I join forces with my ohana partners in crime, @kellyyazdi and @bradytildeath. If you’re gonna be around let me know, I’d love to see you and give you the biggest air hug South Dakota has to offer. 🤗
Love you guys, and stay #BRAVENOTBASHFUL!!!

JUMPING(get it👆🏽) back into the world of social media; hopefully dad jokes are still cool.🤣 😂 •
So much has happened, and so much in store, I couldn’t wait to check back in with everyone to keep you updated•
While you may not have noticed the lack of seemingly endless Bad Beard stories, I certainly was grateful for a time of intentionally not playing with my phone. Fortunately, at least for me, it’s just that, play.•
As a free lancer in a market that is struggling to find its rhythm in the covid world, social media is such a great tool. It becomes my marketing, my advertising, my brick and mortar store front. It gives me a chance to let people know I’m still here, and hopefully that I look like I’d be fun to create with. It helps maintain contact with friends far and wide, and as I’m sure you would agree, keeps me thoroughly entertained while on the john. 🚽 •
But at the same time it’s super important to be mindful of how much energy I invest into this tool. Tying my self worth to likes or follows could set me up for a super unhealthy expectation that ultimately has no real merit or purpose. Everything in it’s right time.•
I hope you give yourself the breaks you need and don’t hold yourself to some impossible #instagramreality standard. Live HONESTLY, live AUTHENTICALLY, and LOVE others as much as you love yourself and hopefully one day you can make it into my of my silly stories, preferably not in the stall next to me playing on your phone....actually that would be pretty funny too. 🤷🏼♀️ 😂 💩 @ Atlanta, Georgia
“My optimism wears heavy boots and is loud”
5 years ago I was approached for an article in @deathandtaxes magazine for Harley Davidson. “Interview with a Millennial Dreamer.” •
I can’t find that interview online anymore, but if I knew then what I know, wow... When I think about what I’ve experienced sense then I’m truly amazed at the life I’ve lived. The adventures, the opportunities, the new relationships formed and some let go. If I could talk to that guy, what would I tell him?•
While I should probably tell him to wear more riding gear the truth is I would only encourage him that his path is perfect. Everything experienced in life up to this point has made me the man I am today, and I wouldn’t change a thing. My road is long and the adventure has only just begun. •
If you think your struggles are too much today, know that your growing in order to handle the opportunities in store for you tomorrow. Look back on that person 5 years ago and say THANK YOU. Because life is coming one or way another, so the sooner you learn to twist that throttle WFO(wide fu***ng open), is the sooner you’ll be ready to climb any hill and mob any valley. •
Be well, be brave!•
Friday you say? Weekend you say? Let’s get cocoNUTTY!!!! 🥥 🌴 #punsarefun
Missing the days when the only masks I cared about were made of mud!!!! 😷 🧖♀️
Stoked to announce that after recharging my batteries here on Sanibel, expanding my views in Minnesota, and putting roots down in Georgia, I’ll be heading out on a moto trip across America.
Riding along side @frankyperezofficial, I will be documenting our trip form Los Angels to New York City supported by our friends at @ducatiusa.
With Frankie’s tunes serving as the backbone of this ride, I’m beyond excited to see and hear first hand the evolution of our great country as we continue down a road of growing mutual respect and understanding. And what better way to experience this awesome tour then on Brand new #Multistradas.
It’s not often you get the opportunity to meet friends across our great divide, so as we get closer to a our departure time I will share the route to hopefully include you. (Albeit at six feet while taking respectful health precautions ❤️)
So stay tuned and and let me know where you’re at, this one is gonna be epic!
So much can change in a year.
But the real kicker is that things will never stop changing. Whether it’s illness or death, love or a move across the country, the sooner you ease into the flow of things is the sooner you’ll begin to enjoy the ride wherever it takes you. •
And I’ll be honest, I never expected to be spending so much time here on Sanibel with my roommates(parents), but it has been such an incredible blessing I’ve been presented. I’ve been forced to slow down; pay attention to my heart health by running, honor my parents by helping with the seemingly unending list of house projects, and most importantly the blessing of getting to spend SO much time with my little boss, Lena, my little cool guy, Laird, and my little daredevil, Avery James. •
When I look at life through that lens, this time away from reality hasn’t left me a little $ lean from no work, rather I’ve been banking heaps of love from time with my family.•
Undoubtedly, with all this support and regeneration, I will be open and ready for what life has yet in store for me. The good AND the bad...if that’s how you see it. 😉•
I love you guys and I look forward in sharing in life’s next adventures with you, wherever that may be. ❤️
I tell you what, with friends like these you only need two things. •
1. A good attitude•
2. Health Insurance•
• 🤷🏼♀️ 😆
Social distance specifications of 6-10 feet happen to be the perfect focal length for portrait shots! 🤣
But in all seriousness this next phase in the human experience should be looked as an opportunity. As a time take focus off of day to day distractions, and reapplied to yourself and the world around you. The virus isn’t good or bad, it just is. So responding to it with fear and frenzy isn’t going to change anything. Be smart, be kind, be thankful.
Just like a wave crashing on shore this is nature is finding its way. It’s your decision to try to stand against it, or settle down and go with the flow.
Love you guys and I love the world I share with you, however it comes.

After watching Trump’s address, I was initially left a little confused/disappointed. Having just relocated to Atlanta I had certain work that had been scheduled prior to my move to help with the transition, financially speaking. That included a work trip to Germany on April 3rd. I KNOW, BUMMER!•
However, after stressing and spinning myself into an accounting frenzy, I took a minute to climb off the ledge, slow down and really breathe. What I was able to recognize was that it was me, per usual, trying to take control of the world around me, and more specifically the #coronavirus. Pretty funny actually. •
Reality being, life will continue on. Regardless of external factors it’s my choice how I will respond to them and let them control me. Not to say I’m invincible and financial setbacks and travel quarantines won’t affect me, but rather that I won’t live my life in fear or scarcity when challenges present themselves. Not to say I can’t make wise decisions regarding both, but ultimately trust in the fact that everything that happens is FOR me to experience and ultimately grow from.•
Moving forward I see this as a time to share that same confidence/faith with those around me. The work will come as well as physical healing. But to be fair, it may come at the cost of some serious evolution, both in my personal life and on a global scale. While I can manage my reactions to events taking place, that doesn’t make an event any less, real. •
So live your lives, make mindful decisions, and take some time to share love with those around you who may be navigating more than just a global pandemic... albeit with some Lysol and a brief travel history!!! @ Atlanta, Georgia
Had fun making this and I'm still rocking the boots. Once I settle into my place in Atlanta a bit more I want to get these going again! What should I dig into next or does anyone want to make some with me?!
With the help of a few good buds and some well timed Za, we managed to mount the tire. If success was measured by fun then mission accomplished.
@smcoaaron challenged @nathonverdugo and I to the @paquichips #onechipchallenge. Nathon started off strong, but things took a quick turn.

Had dinner with an old friend last night. What could have been a time of laughter, sharing stories of new experiences and opportunities we’ve encountered, I found myself bringing up things from the past and not with the fondest recollection.
-Why did I do this? Because I chose to.
•I chose to feel fear over joy.
I chose to feel insecurities over honesty.
I chose to feel anger over love.
-And to what end?
-As you can imagine it didn’t provide for a very good dining experience. The truth is if I had released those feelings of lack, limitation, and unworthiness I would have been able to open up with and enjoy the time I had with my friend. And that doesn’t just apply to dinner last night.
-It really is my choice to let go of the things that hold me back; the patterns and habits that don’t serve me and only bring me down. So if you find yourself playing small today, take a minute to realize that’s not you. Let it go and choose to be biggest baddest mother fu**er out there. It’s up to you! #themoreyouknow 💫🤣💪🏼🖤 @ Angeles Crest Highway
