The greatest gift about graduating from an HBCU is the privilege to give back and teach the next generation. It doesn’t just stop with you ✨

Day 2 of SRPI: Today I taught two workshops in one “AI Playground: Increasing Digital Storytelling Productivity with AI software” and “Content Creation and Storytelling”. The workshop was interactive and thought provoking for the students. It was humbling moment for me when my old professor told me to send him my presentation so he can share!

It was great catching up and chatting with my classmates! We alum have truly made our SSU proud!

Huge shoutout to my mother and father for being my assistant these past two days. Truly have been anchoring me.

Day 1 of SRPI: Yesterday was surreal. Not only was I the opening keynote speaker for SRPI but I was presented with “Outstanding Alumni Award” by my department 🤯🥺

Providing gems to the next generation was a high for me due to their eagerness, hunger, and grind for the industry. Their future is bright and with our guidance as alumni they will get there.

To every student who asked me questions, got my contact information and follow me on here, DO NOT hesitate to reach out to me. I’m a resource and here to help guide you if you have any questions.

Surprised…humbled…grateful…just wheww 🥺 GOD!! For those who’ve been watching me and placed me on this list I’m forever grateful. Being the ONLY BLACK FEMALE and HBCU GRADUATE on that list, is truly an honor! Thank you to all the brands, organizations, and my peers who allowed me to share my gift with them.

Thank you to my spiritual and professional mentors for guiding me in this process.

To my family and friends, thank you for ALWAYS pushing me to be great. You guys have truly been my rock during this process.

Me to me- Kin you are doing IT! You didn’t allow fear to stop you. You didn’t allow grief to stop you. You kept believing. Remain humbled, keep doing the work, and keep flowing in his plans for your life. You’re just girl from Savannah, GA that is MAKING it HAPPEN! Your family and city is PROUD! 🥹
