Back 2 The Basics PMG is embracing the concept of effective altruism to help bring fresh, untold stories to life and provide valuable opportunities for novice and underrepresented creatives. In "The Client," Monica, a dedicated therapist, faces a profound ethical and emotional dilemma when her secret boyfriend of one year, James, a B-list actor, walks into her office seeking marriage counseling wi

th his wife, Sasha, a successful producer. James and Sasha's marriage, built on a love that blossomed on a film set five years ago, is crumbling under the weight of their struggle to conceive and Sasha's increasing nightmares and drinking problem. As Monica grapples with her professional responsibilities and personal feelings, Sasha reveals haunting dreams of James with another woman—dreams that lead to the startling realization that Monica is that woman. As secrets unravel, Sasha discovers that in a past life, Monica and James were married, a revelation that explains the unbreakable, almost mystical bond Monica feels towards James. Torn between her ethical duty and a love that transcends time, Monica must navigate the complexities of her emotions and the supernatural connection to uncover the truth behind their past lives and its implications on their present. "The Client" sets the stage for a gripping four-part series, exploring themes of love, betrayal, and the mysterious ties that bind us across lifetimes.

A great production doesn’t fall apart because of one bad shot.

It falls apart when the TEAM isn’t aligned. 🎬

The director can have the vision.

But if the DP doesn’t understand it…
If camera isn’t locked in…
If the gaffer isn’t anticipating the light…
If the boom operator isn’t protecting the sound…

You don’t have a production.

You have people working in the same room.

When everyone understands the story, purpose, and assignment, something different happens.

The frames get stronger.
The performances get sharper.
The production flows.

That’s not luck.

That’s alignment. That’s intentionality. That’s a formula.

And B2BPMG has a formula that’s working.

👇🏾 What matters more on set: individual talent or team alignment?

Save this for your next production.
Share it with the person who needs to hear it.

MEMORIZING THE LINES IS NOT THE SAME AS KNOWING THE ROLE.

And that distinction can make or break a performance.

Great talent doesn’t just learn what the character says.

They learn WHY.

Why does this character move that way?
Why do they speak that way?
What happened before the scene?
What does the character actually want?

Because when talent understands the story, purpose, and backstory, the performance stops being a recitation, and starts becoming a lived experience.

And here’s the part people overlook:

That preparation doesn’t just elevate the actor. It elevates the entire production.

The strongest performances don’t compete with the story.

They serve it.

Agree or disagree?

👇🏾 What matters more: memorizing the words or understanding the character?

Save this. Share it with an actor, director, or filmmaker who needs the reminder.

🚨 LOCATION SCOUTING ISN’T ENOUGH WHEN YOU’RE FILMING OUT OF TOWN.

You can lock down the location.
You can lock down the crew.
But if you don’t lock down the DETAILS…

THE CAMERA WILL TELL ON YOU. 🎬👀

And makeup? STACY NESBY DID NOT COME TO PLAY. 💄🔥

She BEAT our lead’s face and transformed her into “Young Shirley Bobbitt.”

Same actress.
Different era.
COMPLETELY different character.

That’s the power of makeup in storytelling—it doesn’t just make someone camera-ready.

IT HELPS MAKE THE CHARACTER BELIEVABLE.

🔥 LET’S DEBATE:
What sells a character transformation MORE?

A️⃣ MAKEUP & HAIR
B️⃣ WARDROBE
C️⃣ ACTING

Drop A, B, or C 👇
Then tag somebody who needs to see this transformation.

📌 SAVE this for your next production.
📲 SHARE it with a filmmaker who understands that DETAILS MATTER.

THIS IS A CAMERA B. 🎥🔥

Not waiting to be told what to do.
Not standing around for the next setup.
Watching. Anticipating. Creating.

A great Camera B Operator understands the assignment—and then finds the shot nobody thought to ask for.

JayCee, WE SALUTE YOU. 👏🏾 Your diligence, initiative, and hard work do NOT go unnoticed.

🎬 Filmmakers: would you rather have a Camera B who needs constant direction, or one who’s already three steps ahead?

Tell me in the comments. 👇🏾

🚨 UNPOPULAR OPINION: THE CAMERA ROLLING IS NOT THE START OF PRODUCTION.

The real work starts in the PRE-SHOOT MEETING. 🎬

Schedule.
Scenes.
Creative vision.
Expectations.

Because when the DP, Writer & Directorial Team aren’t aligned, you’re not “being creative.”

You’re FIGURING IT OUT ON THE CLOCK. ⏰

And that costs time.
Money.
Energy.
Takes.

At , we believe TRUST + UNDERSTANDING + CLARITY create the freedom to make better creative decisions.

🔥 NOW PICK A SIDE:

Would you rather…

A️⃣ PLAN IT OUT BEFORE CALL TIME
or
B️⃣ FIGURE IT OUT ON SET

👇 Comment A or B—and tell us WHY.

📲 Share it with the person who always says, “We’ll figure it out when we get there.”

🚨 EIGHT DAYS DOWN. TWO TO GO. AND WE’RE STILL PUSHING. 🎬🔥

Here’s what people don’t see behind a “finished” production:

Talent from Dallas. Houston. Atlanta.
A Camera B Operator who FLEW IN FROM INDIANAPOLIS. ✈️
Long days. Tight schedules. Zero room for “we’ll figure it out.”

And now? CONFEDERATION OF FREE STATES is almost 100% complete—with the FIRST 3 EPISODES nearly in the can.

This is bigger than filming.

It’s collaboration.
It’s commitment.
It’s bringing the RIGHT PEOPLE together—regardless of the zip code.

At , we don’t believe production happens by accident.

THE VISION SETS THE STANDARD. THE TEAM MAKES IT REAL.

🔥 NOW LET’S SETTLE THIS:
If the opportunity was BIG enough, would you FLY ACROSS THE COUNTRY to be part of it?

👇 Comment “I’M FLYING” if you’d go ANYWHERE for the right production.

Or comment “HOME BASE” if you wouldn’t.

NO EXPLANATIONS. PICK A SIDE. 👇

📌 Save this for your next production.
📲 Share it with the crew that would make the trip.

🚨 UNPOPULAR OPINION: THE SHOOT DOESN’T START WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

It starts BEFORE the plane takes off. ✈️🎬

When you’re filming outside your home base, you don’t get the luxury of saying:

“Oops… we forgot that.”

Gear.
Schedules.
People.
Backups.
Communication.
CONTINGENCY PLANS.

That’s what pre-production looks like when the margin for error gets smaller.

But our Southwest Film Expedition isn’t just about getting the perfect shot.

It’s about bringing people INTO the process.

Our newest team member is coming along—not just to watch, but to LEARN, COLLABORATE, CREATE, and EXPERIENCE what production really looks like.

Because at , we believe the best productions don’t just produce CONTENT.

They produce CREATIVES.

🔥 HERE’S THE REAL QUESTION:

Would you rather work with someone who has talent…

or someone who has been TRAINED, TRUSTED, AND GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW?

👇 TALENT or TRAINING?
Drop your answer.

Baby… the GOOD thing about having a SOLID production team is knowing you can tap into YOUR OWN people for the other projects you’re entangled in. 👏🏽

And Chelsea Fleming? THEY are impressed by YOUR WARDROBE COORDINATION. 👀🔥

Meanwhile, y’all keep hiring based on FOLLOWER COUNT + “CELEBRITY STYLIST” titles like that automatically equals excellence.

Baby… I’ll pass. 😂

I’ll stick with FORMALLY TRAINED PEOPLE who know their craft, understand production, communicate, execute, and, most importantly, move with HUMILITY & GRACE.

Because a big following can get you in the room.

SKILL, CHARACTER & PROFESSIONALISM are what keep you in the room.

And YES, I said what I said. 💅🏽

Let’s debate it:

Would you rather hire the person with 500K followers… or the person with 15 years of training + proven ex*****on?

👇🏽 Tell me which one, and DON’T be diplomatic. 😂

🚨 HE CAME TO DALLAS TO PERFORM… AND TURNED IT INTO A PRODUCTION. 🎬🔥

was booked as a recording artist.

But when you’re surrounded by people who understand music + film + public speaking…

A performance can become a moment.

🎤 Artist
🎥 Production
🎬 Staging
📸 Media Coverage
🎙️ Public Speaking
🔥 Custom drip

We didn’t just show up.

WE BUILT THE EXPERIENCE.

And here’s the part I love…

Even when the spotlight was on HIM, he still showed love to B2BPMG.

That’s not just fashion.

THAT’S BRAND ALIGNMENT.

Because if you’re serious about building something bigger than yourself, your brand should travel with you.

And YES…

👀 THE CUSTOM DRIP DESERVES ITS OWN CAMERA ANGLE.

👇 Be honest:

Is this a PERFORMANCE… or a FULL PRODUCTION?

Drop 🎤 for performance.
Drop 🎬 for production.

📌 SAVE this if you’re building a personal brand.

🚨 CREATIVES DON’T REALLY CLOCK OUT.

You can take us out of the studio.
You can put us on vacation.
You can change the assignment.

But you can’t turn off the creative brain. 🎥

While everybody else sees a location…

We see a SCENE.

While they see a sunset…

We see COVERAGE.

While they see a random moment…

We’re thinking:

💡 Current project.
💡 New concept.
💡 Development.
💡 The NEXT project.

And THAT is why original stock footage hits different.

Because you’re not just filming what’s happening.

You’re capturing assets for what hasn’t happened yet.

At , the camera might not always be rolling…

But THE VISION ALWAYS IS.

👇 REAL CREATIVES, BE HONEST:
Can you actually turn your creative brain OFF?

Comment “NEVER” if you know. 👀

📌 Save this for your next creative block.
🔁 Share it with the person who sees a movie in EVERYTHING.
