Have you ever felt like your voice wasn't being heard? Did you know, “Women are often expected to put themselves last, leading to feelings of invisibility in broader societal roles”? With this positioning, it can lead to much stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and health challenges.

One of the newest shows is the iDefine TV Business Spotlight Series. It's an opportunity for me to feature entrepreneurs, experts, and authors.
