Mic Check Media is the brainchild of founders Carolyn Grady and Kedric Barrett. Having met over a year ago while covering the Legends of Hip-Hop show in Atlanta, the two stayed in contact. Each doing freelance media work with other media outlets. Just a short time ago the opportunity arose for a collaborative effort to cover events. Kedric is a very talented writer and the voice behind celebrity and artist interviews. The Mission of Mic Check Media is to provide quality coverage of media events by delivering a level of service that exceed industry expectations.
