Dragon Con Day 2: Spoke on three fun panels: "Gothic Horror in Doctor Who," "50 Years of Space:1999," and "Ozzy's Last Laugh." Had great crowds at all of them. Also got to see the live podcast recording of my good friends Watchers in the Fourth Dimension, which was great fun. Ended the day with a concert by Georgia Philharmonic, always my favorite part of con! Looking forward to Day 3!

Dragon Con Day 1 is in the can! Had two panels today. First was "The Worlds of Julian Fellowes", talking about Dowton Abbey, Gosford Park, Gilded Age and other shows and movies he created and wrote. Then this evening had a blast on the Twin Peaks panel! We had a terrific crowd that was full of questions, comments snd feedback. I love interactive panels with a knowledgeable crowd! Had a fun day, can't wait for Day 2!

Our wayback machine is broken, so we're still stuck in the year 1985! But it's okay, because there was some really great music in the second half of that year! We'll be talking about iconic albums by Kate Bush, REM, John Cougar Mellencamp, KISS, Dio, Big Audio Dynamite, The Firm, The Replacements, I...

In nearly every case when you see a classic band in concert now, it's not the original line-up. Does that dampen your experience? Many legacy bands currently on the road are down to only one original member--and a few have none. Is it still the band if no one who started that band or wrote the iconi...

This week Ashley, Josh and Alan revisit the second and final season featuring Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor and reflect on the season overall. What were some of the great, good and less-good moments? How do we rate each episode differently than we did upon first viewing in light of the season as a whole? How does this season reflect the era overall (as short as it is)?

First, though, we dig into the news, and talk about the trailer for The War Between the Land and the Sea, an upcoming Big Finish release featuring Sarah Jane and Harry, a new book project from Sophie Aldred, and a revival of the Eighth Doctor Adventures from the original Wilderness Years!Listen Links:
