📉 Nationally, down payments dipped 1%, but here’s what that looks like locally:

🔹 Coweta County: Median price $410K (–11% YoY) → Avg. 15% down = $61.5K, down $7,500 from last year.

🔹 Fayette County: Median price $505K (–0.5% YoY) → Avg. 15% down = $75.8K, down only $390.
