Some restaurants feed you. The Betty takes care of you.

Tucked just beyond the entryway of the Kimpton Hotels by IHG The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in the heart of Buckhead, The Betty has long been one of Atlanta’s most quietly sophisticated dining destinations, and their newly reimagined dinner menu is a masterclass in intentional hospitality.

The philosophy is elegantly simple: seasonal, shareable plates crafted to slow you down, draw you in, and keep you at the table just a little longer. In a city that moves fast, that kind of deliberate luxury is rare and deeply welcome.

We indulged in two main plates that more than delivered on the promise:
🍔 The Betty Double Stack Burger: caramelized onions, wild mushrooms, smoked gouda, truffle, and Betty sauce arrived as something far greater than the sum of its parts. Indulgent without apology. The kind of dish that earns its place on a menu.
🐟 Pan Seared Trout: pristine, beautifully composed, resting alongside a thoughtful selection of seasonal vegetables. Refined without being fussy. Exactly what elevated American cuisine should feel like.

The new cocktail menu… fruit-forward, fresh, and genuinely inspired. Every sip felt intentional.

This is Buckhead dining at its best: warm enough to feel like a celebration, polished enough to mean it.

Last night I participated in an intimate evening built around one purpose… celebrating three decades of . Vinyl only. No skipping. No shuffling. Just album after album that proves what it looks like when an artist has a catalog of legendary hits.

And didn’t just host the evening… it became part of it. The entire space was transformed into a mini JAY-Z museum, turning every corner into a tribute to his journey, his albums, and the culture he helped shape. Walking through that room felt like flipping through the pages of a living legacy.

Think about what 30 years in the music industry means: The evolution. The reinvention. The consistency. JAY-Z rewrote the rules of what a Black artist, a Black businessman, and a Black visionary could become. And we toasted every bit of it with in hand.

Had the chance to attend Jaden Smith’s Men’s Fall/Winter Launch at at and the collection did not disappoint.

As the first-ever Men’s Creative Director at Christian Louboutin, his debut FW26 is the first full men’s collection since his appointment, and it arrives with full intention. Drawing inspiration from historical working professions: stonemasons, scribes, doctors, the collection blends traditional craftsmanship with a futuristic, conceptual outlook. Tailoring meets streetwear. Footwear meets art.

Food That Rocks , hosted by , didn’t just feed the crowd… it fed the city.

Over 25 Sandy Springs restaurants brought their absolute best to City Springs… bold flavors, fresh bites, perfectly poured drinks, and live music to tie it all together. But what made the night truly unforgettable was the heart behind it.

This is a party with a purpose. This event supports , a nonprofit food rescue organization and the , Sandy Springs and Dunwoody’s largest human services organization, fighting hunger and homelessness one neighbor at a time.

This is the type of event where you come hungry and leave full, in every sense of the word.

March - May Impact Report 📑

I’ve been thinking about what it means to be intentional about how you use your influence. Not just showing up, but showing up with purpose.

Here’s what that looked like for me this spring:
45.9K views, 12,115 accounts reached, 5 brand partnerships, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, I organically crossed 5000 followers. Next step is 10K.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

I recently taught a content creator workshop sponsored by , hosted 4 giveaways for VIP tickets across food, beverage, and luxury fragrance categories, supported as a creator ambassador, and was humbled to be named one of the Most Impactful Atlantans by the .

Last night I had the privilege of attending the 5th Annual TASTE fundraiser. Even in the rain, Atlanta showed up to help raise money for this very important cause.

Picture this: an incredible culinary lineup, live and silent auctions, signature cocktails from the team, and immersive activations that made the whole evening feel like an experience, not just an event.

Some of my favorite bites came from Chef owner of .atl , Chef of , and . They are truly some of the best chefs in Atlanta!

But beyond the food and the fun, this is what matters: TASTE exists to fight senior hunger and isolation in Atlanta. Every ticket sold, every bid placed, every person who walked through those doors helps fund nutritious meals, emergency food, and wraparound services. Over 600,000 meals are delivered annually. That’s real impact.

Congratulations to the entire team for building something this meaningful and special. It’s been five incredible years of turning a great night out into something that genuinely changes lives.
