The luxury home builder dug a 5-foot deep concrete pit for our new $60,000 residential elevator WITHOUT DOING A SOIL TEST! 🚜🛑 They excavated directly into a massive, highly pressurized underground ARTESIAN WATER SPRING! 🌊 A terrifying, continuous, high-pressure geyser of freezing groundwater violently cracked the foundation and is aggressively boiling up, filling the entire elevator shaft to the brim! 🕳️ The expensive steel elevator car is trapped at the top, and the massive basement pump can't even keep up with the subterranean flood. We are literally sinking. 🚨💸
