A note to Jammingers fans:
We know there has been confusion, frustration, and emotion surrounding ‘Jammingers: An Overture of Gold and Silver.’ Until now, we have kept private contractual matters private. We hope sharing more of that context helps explain how we reached this point.
In March 2023, the original creator granted Golden Collaborations, LLC an exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide right and license to develop, produce, market, and distribute ‘Jammingers: An Overture of Gold and Silver’ and related derivative works.
The parties later explored a sale of the Jammingers IP, but no agreement was reached. Those conversations were separate from the existing license, which Golden Collaborations maintains remains valid.
Beginning in September 2025, the creator began promoting new Jammingers-related content, including Jammingers: Clashes of Red. We believed some of that content conflicted with the agreement and could create confusion among fans and industry partners while An Overture of Gold and Silver was being pitched.
For months, our legal team worked privately to address those concerns and find a resolution. When those efforts were unsuccessful, we ultimately requested platform takedowns in June 2026. We know that was a significant step, and it was not one we took lightly.
We later stopped those efforts and entered direct conversations about amending the agreement in hopes that both projects could move forward with clearer rights and less confusion. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement or joint statement.
Golden Collaborations has never claimed to have created Jammingers. We came to this project because we loved the world, the stories, and the community around it, and we invested deeply in helping bring An Overture of Gold and Silver to life.
We understand that, without the full context, some of our decisions may have been difficult to understand. We hope this helps fill in some of what has been missing.
Most of all, we remain grateful to the fans and to everyone who gave their time, talent, and heart to this project.
