Do you have a morning 🌞routine that helps you be productive, strategic, and successful? If so, please comment below and share what your morning routine or ritual to help someone create theirs! I wake up at 5:00AM⏰. My phone 📱alarm is in another room so it forces me to get up and get moving. For years I'd keep my phone by the bed and hit snooze 5,6 7 times, literally! My husband was so frustrated!... lol.... In about 2018 I read a book by Mel Robbins called, "The 5 Second Rule." It was an easy read and didn't take long for me to finish. While reading it, I felt myself connecting with the principle Mel outlined in her book. I immediately implemented the strategy the very next day after finishing the book and never looked back. It had been years since I had any kind of morning routine or consistency to my mornings, which meant my days mostly controlled me, instead of me controlling my day. Also, after doing some research on my own, I learned that hitting snooze ⏰multiple times in the same morning, over many years can have a detrimental affect on your health, even if you don't see or feel the consequences of it at the time. Now, I'm up at 5AM every morning. I turn off the alarm, lay my phone 📱face down, and I don't look at it again for about two hours. During this time, I'm praying, reading scriptures, meditating, and drinking about 32 ounces of room temperature water 🫗to get hydrated 🪥. I will usually spend about 1-1/2 hours working on my businesses 📥📤, and planning 🖱and strategizing 💻what I'll do when my work day (W-2) ends, and pencil in a few items to start with the next morning. Before I let life and my W-2 dictate my daily activities. I better manage myself nowadays, but I'm still a work in progress. I'd really love to hear about your morning routine, because we all potentially have ideas, systems, or whatever that can help one another 👍. One thing I do need to get more consistent with is more physical activity 👟 🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♂️ my spinning bike each morning, that's still a little challenging for me, but I do walk extra steps when possible.👑🙏🫦
