We need more diverse musical experiences in ATL! Shoutout to the most versatile event curators and DJs in the city , and all of the amazing eclectic artists that have stayed and continue to let the world know how COLORFUL the music scene is here in Atlanta. I will say there’s a LOT of music that hit different when I became an adult. One song in particular was “Wildflower” by New Birth. I used to just love singing the song as loud as I could lol Reading the lyrics when I got older made me love it EVEN more. 💐💐💐

About three years ago I made a playlist called “Lit Kid Lullabies” for all the kids (and parents) that needed a COOL wind down playlist for bedtime! I have a musically inclined kid, so regular lullabies weren’t doin it for her 😂 Now she’s strictly jazz and prefers “A Charlie Brown Christmas “ by Vince Guaraldi Trio 🙂. Anyway…if you use Spotify it’s still up and I added a few more songs on there! 🙌🏽🤗 Check it out!
