Decided to make the most of my 24hr layover, so I exercised my 2nd Amendment Rights and had some of the best bbq ever.

Train hard & follow Edward Kong for more workouts tips :)

- set handles slightly below shoulders
- lean slightly forward
- drive with the elbows, not your shoulders

- maintain a solid brace throughout the movement
- pull the bar from your knees to your hips
- pause at the bottom to remove momentum

- I switch handles every 2-3 months, or whenever I get bored
- pause at the top position for a bigger stretch
- keep your shoulders back
- pull with your elbows

- alternative: incline chest supported dumbbell row
- pull with your elbows as far back for maximum contraction
- keep your chest on the bench

- avoid using excess momentum
- brace your core and slightly hinge from the hips on the eccentric

- set bench at 45-60*
- fully extend your arms at the bottom for maximum stretch
- really control the eccentric (if you can’t, it’s too heavy)

- brace your core at all times
- keep your elbows slightly in front of your body

I can never appreciate America’s obsession with turning everything unhealthy 💀

With over 72% of the population being overweight or obese, this is the last thing we need. Taking a perfectly healthy and sweet food into toxic sugary junk.
