The Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival (VLFWF) returns Jan. 18-24, 2027, for its eighth annual celebration, marking another milestone in its evolution from a local culinary showcase to one of the nation's premier food and wine festivals. This year's festival introduces The Feast: An Evening of Italian Culture & Flavor, welcomes internationally acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson and continues its partnership with Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, with a portion of every ticket sold benefiting local children and families.

Among this year's highlights is the debut of The Feast: An Evening of Italian Culture & Flavor hosted by Chef Rino Cerbone. As Italy continues to inspire travelers, tastemakers and food lovers around the world, VLFWF brings that same energy to Fort Lauderdale with their new event celebrating the country's iconic cuisine, wine and hospitality.

Just an hour south of Atlanta, Callaway Resort & Gardens' Pumpkins at Callaway will run on select dates from Sept. 19 – Nov. 1. This year’s event adds new nighttime entertainment, expanded family activity areas, an enhanced Pumpkin Glow Trail and even more ways for families to celebrate the season across Callaway’s 2,500 acres.

Some of the things new for 2026 include a Pumpkin Nights Dance Party, a high-energy nighttime show with live performers, choreographed lighting, music, inflatable sky dancers and dance lessons for the whole family and Robin Bloom’s Harvest Hall, a family play area featuring oversized games, pumpkin painting, storytelling, coloring stations, candy-themed photo ops and festive candy stops.

In addition there is the Expanded Pumpkin Glow Trail, new pumpkin characters and festive candy stops as well as new season food and drinks.

As part of the fifth annual 𝙑𝙞𝙡𝙣𝙞𝙪𝙨 𝙄𝙨 𝙈𝙮 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡, organized by International House Vilnius, a free service centre that helps internationals relocate to and settle into life in Vilnius, the Lithuanian capital will present its first-ever Vilnius Is My City Awards meant to recognize international residents whose work, creativity and ideas have helped make Vilnius more creative, competitive, and globally connected.

Taking place on September 5 in Bernardinai Garden, the festival, which is part of Vilnius Fiesta, brings together the city’s international community and celebrates the growing number of people from around the world who have made Vilnius their home. Celebrity Cruises unveiled its 2028 and 2029 deployment featuring an expansive Europe season and extraordinary journeys across all seven continents. The café and small meeting area is an oasis for patrons of the Carlos Museum and for Emory students, faculty and Emory University Hospital staff and patients to enjoy the café featuring floor to ceiling murals by renown muralist Eddaviel Montero.

The café features expertly crafted coffee made with organic, Latin American beans, an array of other beverages, and an updated menu of house-made small plates and entrees inspired by Latin American cuisine.
