Very Sad Update:
The body of four year old Johnathan Boley has sadly been found. Johnathan’s body was found 2 miles away from his fathers home and his dog was found alive with his body .

Jameson Kyle Boley, the father of Johnathan is charged with unlawful manufacture of a destructive device or bacteriological weapon and two counts of chemical endangerment of a child connected to methamphetamines.

The most heart warming thing is the dog sat by this baby until he was found.

We are asking the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile: Elijah O’Conner, 16 yoa. He was last seen around 6pm in the 5200 block of Jake Mintz Road. He was last seen wearing a Gray Westbrook Hoodie and Black Sweatpants.

Two young boys, Charlie Cash Diaz, 6, and Brodie Blake Diaz, 7, have gone missing from near Business Park Drive in Prattville, Alabama. They were last seen together on November 22, 2025, around 4 PM. Charlie is approximately 3′9″ tall, weighs 42 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. Brodie is approximately 4′1″ tall, weighs 88 pounds, and also has brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities have issued an emergency alert and are asking anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact the Autauga County Sheriff’s Office or dial 911 immediately. The community is urged to share this information widely and remain vigilant to help bring Charlie and Brodie home safely.

Skepticism toward survivors of sexual assault is embedded in our language with the use of softer words to describe what has actually happened.

When we soften our language about these types of crimes, it can
propagate harmful misperceptions about assault. It can also play into the myth that r**e victims are complicit in their own
victimization.

✅ MISSING JUVENILE LOCATED SAFELY ✅

The Etowah County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to report that 16-year-old Layla Brogdon has been located safely.

We would like to thank the East Metro Area Crime Center and the FBI Violent Crime Task Force for their assistance in this case.

We are grateful for everyone who shared information and helped bring Layla home safely.

The Etowah County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Layla Brogdon, who has been reported missing from the Miller Hollow Community.
