I've been working on making a canopy over the back of the old truck the last couple days. Not being able to have a pop up tent set up for the show is a problem especially for Kayla needing shade so she doesn't burn ( side effect of chemo years back). So i figured id build a canopy fixed to the truck.. But I dont want it on there permanently and look like trash. So this one I will be able to easily brake down and package up when we dont need it. While still looking like its meant to be there when its up. I need to cut out a few more bows to go across and figure out how im going to attach the canvas top ( probably a pile of snaps). Then ill stain it to match the bed and the truck is ready for Lake George!

Progress.... its slow with this hand of mine... but its looking pretty sweet! Its definitely gonna need a baffle in the center to scoop some cool air to the passenger side. Then its on to figuring out what im gonna do to cap this off and put some vents in.
