I can't let National Dog Photographer Day go past without sharing the most adorable, happy adoptable dog!

Meet Flash!

This sweet fella is around a year old and he is as sweet as he can be. He posed like a professional model for his adoption photos! He is the most handsome Border Collie! He is very smart and treat motivated. He is going to make a wonderful addition to the very lucky family who adopts him.

We’ve been holding onto some exciting news so we could make sure everything was going well. Our sweet and resilient Frank E. Stein was adopted a few days ago! ❤️

We wanted to wait before sharing the news to ensure the adoption was going smoothly and we’re happy to say that Frank is settling into his new home. We hope he’s enjoying the happy life he deserves with his new family.

We miss you, Frank E. Stein! Thank you for touching our hearts and for giving us the most amazing smile we have ever seen on a dog. Your journey inspired so many people, and we couldn’t be happier that you’ve found your forever home.

We hope to see you around one day and wish you a lifetime filled with love, happiness, and endless belly rubs. 🐾❤️

Adopt Oreo!!

Oreo is a sweet girl that doesn't know a stranger. She has grown up in a busy, loving home, so she is wonderfully social and well-adjusted.

She is used to being around dogs, kids, and lots of everyday activity, and she handles it all with ease. Oreo is friendly, affectionate, and playful—happy to be part of whatever is going on around her. She will want to sleep with you and spoon with you. She’s happy with endless petting, and when picked up she likes to be held like a baby! She actually doesn’t want to be put back down, and will climb back into your arms if given the chance. She is an extraordinary hugger.

Adopt Kai!

He is a playful little guy who is full of energy and charm!

Although, shy at first, when he gets to know his person, he never misses a chance to chase toys, tumble with friends, watch the birds outside, or explore every corner of the room. His favorite toy is a mouse (well, several mice) that he likes to throw high in the air and pounce on. It's even better when everyone is in bed and he can throw mouse over the resident kitties to get them involved in the play. After playtime, he's quick to curl up in your lap for snuggles, or to join the others in a kitten pile for naptime.

Kai is the perfect mix of spirited and sweet. He needs a feline brother or sister to play and cuddle with. He would thrive in a quieter home that enjoys play and affection, and he'll bring endless joy to your family.

Adopt Annie!

Annie is a beautiful young gray tabby with stunning green eyes and an even more beautiful personality. This affectionate girl can’t get enough of her people and loves being wherever you are. She’ll rub against your legs, ankles, and wrap her tail around you to show just how much she loves you.

Curious and adventurous, Annie enjoys exploring her surroundings and especially loves climbing to high places to survey her kingdom. A cat tree or cozy window seat would make her very happy!

Annie is wonderful with kids, gets along well with other pets, and would be equally happy sharing her home with other feline friends or soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only cat.

When the day is done, Annie is ready to curl up beside you for cuddles and sleep nearby—she’s the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving, loyal best friend.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Photography by Sheila and allowed me to photograph your sweet pups. I closed the business last year and am no longer accepting paid work.

I will continue to photograph for rescues and shelters.
