After five decades of commitment to designing and building premium quality, high performance automated press feeding systems, Feed Lease Corporation has ceased business operations.
Universal Feed and Machine, Inc. (“Universal”), has leased the premises from which Feed Lease conducted its business operations. Universal is leasing the equipment and operating assets of Feed Lease on an interim basis and contemplates completing an acquisition of the assets of Feed Lease shortly.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Universal will endeavor to improve upon the historically robust and unique designs Feed Lease was known for as a manufacturer of automated press room equipment. Universal has secured select key personnel in areas such as Sales, Engineering, and Production of these superior products.
Our machine offerings are Air Feeds, Coil Cradles, Coil Reels and Powered Straighteners, as well as significant and diverse systems to automate press feed and coil handling configurations. These include Servo Roll Feeds, Coil Cars, Coil Storage Racks, Coil Up Enders, Space Saving coil handling systems, Servo Driven Zig Zag feed systems, Push-Pull servo feeds, Cut-To-Length systems and much more.
It is our pleasure to announce the formation of New In-House Controls Team allowing Universal to design, program, assemble, and test our standard and customer specific machine control systems.
Our commitment is to build premium quality, high performance machinery while employing New Techniques and Technology to supply the Metal Stamping Industry with a superior press feed system in a timely manner at a fair price.
