Standing room only at the Placer Buddhist Church. Penryn and surrounding area residents came out in mass this evening to voice their concerns about the proposed Hope Way Apartment Complex. As currently proposed, there would be 12 three story buildings constructed on 11 1/2 acres and would increase the population of Penryn from its current 831 residents to 2,175 residents.
