🚨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (In-Person), Auburn, Maine
Lydia Media is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team!
If you love your community, enjoy telling stories through design, and want to be part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment—we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable)
🔹 Familiarity with other Adobe programs is helpful, but we can train the right person
🔹 Exceptional attention to detail
🔹 Someone who naturally thinks ahead and looks for ways to improve efficiency and quality
🔹 A creative mind who’s not shy about sharing ideas
🔹 Someone who loves learning about what’s happening in our community
🔹 Ability to work a flexible schedule, with some firm deadlines around publication cycles
🔹 In-person, in-office position (collaboration is a big part of what we do)
Other Helpful Qualities
🔸 Strong communication skills
🔸 Ability to manage multiple projects at once
🔸 Comfortable working in a small, high-energy team
🔸 Reliability—especially as deadlines approach
🔸 Basic understanding of print production is a bonus (not required)
