Maybe a slightly controversial take… but tagging your photographer when you share your photos really isn’t that hard. 🥹🤍

We LOVE taking your photos, creating memories with you, and seeing you excited enough to share them. There’s so much heart, time, and work behind those images—from the session itself to the editing afterward.

And when someone stops scrolling and thinks, “Who took these?!”… that little tag helps them find us. Without it, they might admire our work and never know who created it.

You don’t have to write a whole review or a heartfelt paragraph. A simple “📸: Brittany Sterling Photography” with a tag means more than you realize.

A little update from the person behind the camera 🤍

Stranger Sessions are still something I plan to continue! I haven’t had the time or capacity to organize one since April. There has been a lot happening behind the scenes, and as we head into busy season, I’m balancing my scheduled clients, editing, motherhood, and everyday life. Sometimes that means putting creative projects on pause until I have the time and energy they deserve.

I appreciate everyone’s excitement about the series, but please give me space to announce future sessions when I’m ready. Repeated messages and pressure won’t make them happen sooner. I love what I do, but I’m also human, and I have limits.

A gentle reminder for my photography clients, too: editing takes time, and galleries are worked on in order. I typically don’t begin editing your session until around the one in a half two-week mark. That is when editing begins, rather than a promise that your gallery will be ready at two weeks. A few days after your session, your photos are still waiting their turn in my workflow. Please allow the turnaround time provided when you booked before requesting progress updates.

You’re always welcome to reach out with questions, and if your stated delivery window has passed, please check in. I’m simply asking for patience within that window so I can give each gallery the attention it deserves.

This is a general update, not directed at any one person. Thank you for supporting my business and remembering that there’s a real person behind every session, message, and edited photo.
