Our station is owned by Lockwood Broadcast. Our studios are located at 3933 Washington Road in Martinez. We broadcast a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 54 from a transmitter in Beech Island, South Carolina. We can also be seen on Comcast and Wow channel 11. There is a high definition feed offered on Comcast digital channel 234 and Wow digital channel 905. On WFXG-DT2, Wow digital channel 169, and Comcast digital channel 383 is BounceTV Augusta.

All About FOX 54

WFXG is the FOX-affiliated television station for the Augusta-Aiken market, owned and operated by Lockwood Broadcast Group. Our studios are located at 3933 Washington Road in Martinez.

WFXG signed on in May 1991 and immediately became the FOX affiliate in Augusta. The station has grown and changed over the years, eventually launching our own in-house news operation in 2011 with our 10pm newscast. Our newsroom grew in size and sophistication over the next few years until we took the next step, launching a 4-hour morning show in February 2016. On September 23, 2019, we expanded again adding a 6:30pm and 11pm newscasts Monday-Friday.
