For the last four days, I’ve been living with a god-awful smell coming from behind my bed. I’ve pulled the bed away from the wall and cleaned out underneath and it’s definitely coming from inside the wall. something must have died and it is awful. I’ve called my landlord and he says just give it some time it’ll go away on its own. I can’t sleep here it is nauseating. What can I do??

I am in my 40s, have anxiety, can’t keep a job for very lond and have been told I should go on disability. I don’t feel right going that route but I feel like an assisted living facility would be the right fit. I can’t seem to find a place that accepts someone my age. They all require you to be 55 to move in. Should i lie about my age? Is there a way to get an exemption? I just seems perfect for someone with my challenges and in the jobs I have had, I always get along best with the older folks. I would appreciate any advice...thank you!
