Meet Mason Sargent, our newest Account Manager!

Mason spent four years at an electrical distributor, starting in inside sales and working his way up to team lead. He understands the pace of the industry and the impact of a quick response.

"This industry is very phone-driven, but people are often so busy with day-to-day tasks that they have to rely on email," he explains. "I make it a point to respond right away—just a quick 'I got it' or 'I'm working on it'—so they know I’m here and they’re my priority."

What brought him to DWC?
"The culture. I kept hearing about it and wanted to experience it for myself," he says. "It already feels like family, and I’ve only been here a few weeks. It gets me excited to serve our partners, knowing I have the support behind me to succeed."
