Love is not a soft or weak emotion…in truth, it requires great courage and strength.

The deepest form of love, vulnerability— is only available to those who know themselves authentically and intimately.

And despite all they know (flaws, imperfections and growing edges)…they have enough self awareness, self love and wisdom to know that true growth only happens when we stand naked in front of another human being…open to giving and receiving love.

Past trauma doesn’t have to define you. Limit you.

Though it may bring pain, anxiety, or even moments of depression, there's another side to being human. We also have the incredible ability to become resilient, to grow, and to thrive despite our challenges or circumstances.

Consider the journey from caterpillar to butterfly. That experience of transformation isn't easy—it comes with numerous trials and struggles. It’s messy. From the outside loooking in —it appears painful. Yet, with resilience, commitment and intention what emerges is something truly extraordinary.

Remember, you dont ever have to journey alone. Reach out to those who can support you—family, therapists, faith leaders, community empowerment groups.

Embrace the power within you (with the help of others) to transform and find the beautiful strength that lies beyond your current experience of trauma. 🦋
