From the First Storm Weather Center:

Impactful weather conditions are occurring right now. Sleet is falling right now and temperatures are hovering above the 32 degree mark or right at 32. The problem is once we drop below freezing the rain will change over to snow and maybe sleet and which could problems on the roads. Roads right now are wet but once it drops roads will start to freeze up to standing water. Use caution later tonight across bridges, and highways.

This is just a series of weather systems that will impact us for next few days or more.

Stay tuned for more winter weather updates.
