Nessy's Birthday Party

In this episode we also introduce a new colleague, Brooks Grim, who is going to be reporting for the Tower Coffee Hour. We are looking forward to working with him.

The long running Tai Chi group takes all ages. We meet Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 am on the lawn outside of Wildflower Terrace at the corner of Berkman and Tom Miller. There is no fee, all instructors are volunteers. If it is raining we meet in the atrium in Wildflower Terrace and if it is below 50 degrees we meet in the Wildflower Terrace nice Terrace Room.

Come visit with us and enjoy some easy exercise with a nice group of folks.
