MNA Monthly Meeting April 19, 2026
Hello and welcome to the TOWER coffee hour. I am your host, Preston or Ty Tyree and in this episode we recorded the Mueller Neighborhood Association monthly meeting for April 2026.
The Breakfast Buddy this moth was Vera Cruz and they supplied a good supply of Tacos with chips and salsa. The salsa was HOT!
After the minutes for the last meeting were approved, we had a couple of guest speakers
On the agenda were a report from Integral Care who is just completing the affordable housing project across Manor at Berkman called Seabrook Square. There are two different buildings and Kristina Kaisser and Cami Warren reported on progress and what services will be provided.
We had the financial report, a discussion of upcoming events and an action item from the Transportation and a report from Robin LaFlaur of the Mueller Foundation.
Finally we had a report from the Urban Planning Subcommittee related to safety changes to the streets and roads in the community. By the time we got through the discussion, we had lost quorum so this item will be on next month’s agenda. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00

The Mueller Foundation is the not for profit that works hard to maintain the affordable properties that make Mueller special. 25% of the Mueller properties (368 homes) are in the Affordable Program and the Foundation is tasked with managing and maintaining those properties as people move out and new buyers move in.
I had a chance to talk with the current staff, Robin Lafleur the Executive Director and Bertie Flores-Samilpa, Senior Manager, Community Engagement.
