had the most UNREAL Disneyland experience last week & I still feel like I’m dreaming⋆˙⟡♡

thank you SO MUCH to the .cinema & team for choosing us for this event. this was the most insightful & exhilarating experience I’ve had!! 💗

my heart is so full & I feel so grateful that I had the opportunity to experience this yr with such an amazing & wholesome group of creators.

p.s. the fact that my body still has me waking up at the crack of dawn to get ready for the morning seminar is actually insane 🥴

I’ve been enjoying the slower paced life. Not rushing to do much, just going with the flow. I typically overload myself and stay hyper busy but I’ve been working on slowing down and pausing more.

This is a reminder to express yourself 🎨✨
Lately life has been very intense & managing my emotions has been challenging. So today I decided to get my sketchbook out to create.

Throughout my life, I have faced many challenges, but I have always found safety in art. It’s an outlet for me to release and express my emotions, especially the really difficult ones. Today, allowing myself to express those emotions was immensely beneficial.

So if you are struggling with hard emotions and experiences, I hope this inspires you to take a small moment to create & release. 💗
