this season is stretching me… literally 🤪💛
physically, mentally, emotionally. all of it.
and while I don’t always feel confident, I’m learning to choose it anyway! it’s a season! And it’s a beautiful one.
if I chose to fight my way though it, I’d miss the beauty in.
so I’m choosing to speak kindly to myself, to honor what my body is doing, and focusing on gratitude over criticism.
