🌟 a bit about Spirit Ghost:
~~~ “Spirit Ghost is the creative moniker of Alex Whitelaw, launched in 2012 as a bedroom-pop project outside Providence, Rhode Island, born from a desire to write and record freely without waiting on anyone else. What began as rough, DIY recordings gradually evolved as friends joined in, shaping Spirit Ghost into a full band with a fully realized sound that blends garage and surf rock, bossa nova, and country influences into something distinctly modern while still echoing the textures of the ’60s. Spirit Ghost recently signed with Happen Twice and will release their upcoming album in 2026.”
