Even on the days I can only squeeze in a quick home workout while baby sleeps, it feels good to show up for me again.

✨ She’s Here! ✨

Our sweet baby girl, Zariah Dawn Patton, made her arrival on October 8th at 6:47 PM, weighing 5 lbs 6 oz and measuring 18 inches long 💕

Born at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia, Zariah came into this world a little small but mighty — healthy, strong, and already showing us what a little fighter she is. During my pregnancy, we learned that she has a double aortic arch, something we’ve been closely monitoring with specialists. As a first-time mom, it was a scary journey filled with anxiety… but God truly showed up. 🙏🏽

Despite the concerns, our girl didn’t need the NICU as the doctors were planning and has been able to breathe and eat all on her own with no issues from the aortic arch— such a blessing!

We are home now, and her pups are already so in love with her as much as we are!! 🥹🐶🩷

We are so incredibly grateful, overjoyed, and in awe of God’s goodness. Welcome to the world, Zariah Dawn, our answered prayer. 🌸💫
