We just learned that when you kiss your baby the saliva from your baby helps you body know the type of milk it needs to produce for your baby!!

โ€ข Lactch that baby on your breast! Sucking is needed to produce milk and the babies saliva is retracted from your breast to as well produce the type of milk needed for your baby. Colostrum is what your baby is eating even if you canโ€™t see it. Trust the process!
