🧠 Chiari Update 🧠

Met my new neurologist and good news: he actually listened 🙌 Even better: brain surgery is not the first step (because removing part of my skull sounds like the world’s worst spa day 💀).

Instead, here’s the plan:
💊 A small pharmacy’s worth of supplements
🎮 Lumosity brain games — basically Mario Kart for my memory loss
🌀 Vestibular, cognitive, and speech therapy (aka brain boot camp)
💉 Botox injections (sadly not the fun “forehead wrinkle” kind… this one’s for pain)
🧩 Mental health evaluation for anxiety and PTSD

Surgery is still the last-resort option, but for now, I’m focusing on this whole “fix your brain without opening your skull” plan. It’s a lot, it’s overwhelming, it’s going to be mentally and emotionally draining to do on my own but if nothing else… at least I can say my doctor prescribed me video games and Botox. 😎

Just finished soul of a witch by and I don’t know what to do with my life 😭😭😭 I couldn’t put it down and I’m going to miss these demon men. I wish I had more but it was such a good conclusion to the story. I’m not crying you are crying.
