Country Ham Biscuits and Red-Eye Gravy
Bake a batch of fluffy Southern buttermilk biscuits until golden.

Remove ham and keep warm, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Pour in strong black coffee and a splash of water, stirring to loosen browned bits.
Simmer briefly to form a thin, savory red-eye gravy.
